Areia Branca is located on the Inhambane Bay in Praia da Barra. Inhambane is the palm tree capital of the east coast of Mozambique. It is a small and clean town with all the facilities a traveler should need as well as an airport suitable for large aircraft.
Praia da Barra has private, unspoilt beaches, bordered by the Inbambane estuary on one side and the sea on the other. The warm Indian Ocean offers safe bathing all year round.
The wide open, clean beaches offer endless hours of strolling pleasure. Boat launching is smooth and easy. Ski boat fishing is excellent and Barra is a venue of frequent game fishing competitions. The largely unexplored reefs within close proximity to the lodge offers endless pleasure for scuba-diving and snorkeling

Accommodation - Areia Branca
Chalets, with the exception of towels, are fully equipped with the necessary equipment.
Each chalet has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), a shower and toilet, and an open plan kitchen/ Living area. Electricity will be supplied at generator hours.
Chalets are serviced each morning. All chalets are facing the Inhambane Bay.
Exclusive Camping - Areia Branca
Each campsite has a shower, toilet and an enclosed living area with a thatched roof.
Living Area is 5 Meter x 8 Meter. a minimum of 4 people per campsite is required.
Electricity power for one-deep-freeze is included in tariff.
Camping - Areia Branca
Electricity is supplied by generator.
One power point supplies power, to 1 Deep Freeze and 1 Light.
