This 3 story wooden house is situated on the beach in Ponta do Ouro. The house is a mere 5 meters from the beach and is within walking distance to all the amenities in Ponta. The beach house can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 12.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has 1 double bed. The 1 bedroom has a sea view and the second bedroom does not have sea views. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is one full bathroom upstairs that consists of a toilet, basin, bath and shower. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 12.
Downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area that opens up onto an outside verandah overlooking the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all required amenities, including 2 fridge/freezers, a 4 hob gas stove and electric oven. You have a sea view from the kitchen.
The lounge has a TV, DVD player and DSTV, but bring your own smart card and decoder. There are fans in all the rooms. The lounge has a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge, linen is provided. It can comfortably sleep 2 kids under the age of 12.
There is a charcoal braai in the garage downstairs.
Bath towels are provided and all cleaning materials are provided as well as toilet paper. All linen is also provided. The house is serviced daily.
