This comfortable cottage is located on Campismo Ninho Estate in Ponta Malongane. Situated at the subtropical Southern tip of Mozambique, approximately 17kms from the South African Kosi Bay border where a 4x4 is needed. The subtropical climate with temperatures from 30C in summer to 20C in winter with year round warm water.
This unit is within a gated estate in a milkwood forest. Located by the long beautiful beaches of Southern Mozambique an easy location to get to a and a perfect place to spend some time relaxing.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, Bosch thermafan oven, Bosch separate gas hob, fridge/freezer 440 litres and a coffee machine. There is enough crockery and cutlery for 6 people. The lounge has a plasma TV with a DVD player for DVDs and music.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The third and second bedrooms share one bathroom that has a bath and toilet. There is a sleeper couch in the living area that can sleep 2 kids. So the house can sleep a total of 6 adults and 2 kids.
The house is fully serviced, all bedding is provided as well as toilet paper, bath towels and basic cleaning products.
The house has 180 degree sea views. There are sea views from the main bedroom and the living area. There is a communal wooden walkway that leads down to the beach, its a short 5 min walk from the house to the beach. A communal swimming pool is available on the estate. Jennys Pub and Restaurant is also situated on the estate and is within walking distance of the house, Mozambican pub type food is served and there is DSTV to watch the rugby.
The house is a 4.5 hour drive from Durban and a 7 to 8 hour drive from Gauteng
