This house is situated on a private housing estate in Ponta Malongane. The house consists of the Main House which has 4 bedrooms, all en suite, sleeps 8 people. Downstairs is a separate 1 bedroom Cottage that sleeps 4 people. Only 50 metres from the beach with awesome sea views.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house has a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area and is surrounded by glass stack doors that open up onto the outside deck overlooking the ocean, creating a beautiful and airy space. No TV. There is a table with chairs outside on the deck as well as a gas braai. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, includes a coffee machine, water purifier, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the equipment required for self catering.
All 4 bedrooms have a sea view and sliding doors opening onto a wooden patio overlooking the sea. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en suite bathroom that has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 x twin beds in each room that can be moved together or kept apart. All 3 bedrooms are en suite with a shower, toilet and basin. All bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans.
COTTAGE
The cottage is situated separate to the house. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a sleeper couch in the living area that sleeps 2 guests. The open plan kitchen and lounge open up onto a deck that has a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The cottage size is 60 square metres. There is a swimming pool.
Both the Main House and Cottage are serviced daily.
