Vilanculos is accessible by road or air.
For those who prefer to drive, directions will be provided. It is suggested that an overnight stay is booked at a recommended location, mid way through your travel. On arrival in Vilanculos you will be met and escorted to the Villa.
If you're the type that does not enjoy long distance drives, flights can be booked on a daily basis from South Africa's ORT International Airport to Vilanculos Airport, where you will be collected and transferred to the Villa.
The Vilanculos town can be found 5km inland from all the beach resorts and lodges - it is a vibrant commercial village offering a variety of basic supplies, fresh produce and vegetables at the local markets.
Curios' & arts are sold everywhere - from stunning island paintings to well crafted quality wooden statues. The locals are more than willing to 'bargain' with you.
