After the Toll Gate that requires 12 500 Meticais, you will travel approx. 3km?s where you will see a sign that says XAI-XAI (pronounced Shy-Shy), just before you cross over a large bridge, Turn Left. You will then pass around Maputo. You will get to a Traffic Conrol, then go through a small town Manhi?a, shortly afterwards another small town Palmeira, after which you will proceed to Macia, from Maputo to Macia you will travel 156 km?s.
At Macia, just after the BP Garage you turn right on a tarred road. Carry on straight for another 33 km?s until you drive straight into Bilene. You will get to a circle, go around the circle and pass the Motel on your left hand side. Carry on straight until you get to a T-junction and Carioca will be in front of you.
