The complex as a whole is modeled in accordance with South African criteria. It is fenced on three sides and has 24-hour security. Other basic facilities include a sewerage purification plant and drinkable borehole water, on-site management, a fully-equipped laundry and a 100 kva, step-down transformer (electrical substation). Each condo also has its own back-up generator and is sold with its own 9 x 4 meter boat garage for those who prefer to lock and leave their boats in a secure environment, and to save them from exposure to the elements. Each unit sleeps 8 people.
The units are serviced twice daily for 2 hours. Laundry can be done at R50 per bag (bags provided) and tumble dry at R50 per bag.
There is a "locals" shop about 30 metres away and the Estate can arrange seafood on order. In addition there is a full shopping in Inhambane town or pre order via a catering supply company, as for the list to fill in for the pre order. Orders must be placed on Mondays before 12 and delivery to your Unit takes place on Saturday or Sunday.
The units are fully equipped for self catering.

All bedrooms are provided with linen and all beds have bedside tables with lamps. There are mosquito nets on all the beds. The floors are finished with vinyl strip flooring, colour white golden oak. The ground floor unit has a splash pool
