10 Sleeper Self-Catering House (Adults Only, No Children under 12 years)
Aloha house number 3 is situated on Aloha housing estate in Ponta Mamoli, only a 7 minute stroll along the beach to the famous Fredericos snorkeling spot.
This house has its own private beach walkway that leads from the house directly onto the beach.
The house has a lodge-style layout. There are 5 separate and spacious en suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The en-suite bathrooms have a shower, basin and toilet. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. Four of the five bedrooms have sea views. The house can comfortably sleep 10 people.
The kitchen, dining and lounge area is a separate building to the bedrooms and overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a 5 plate gas stove, a large microwave and oven combination, 2 fridges of 270lt each, 1 large freezer box and all the crockery and cutlery required for self-catering. There is a separate scullery area. There are ceiling fans in the living area.
The house does not yet have DSTV, but the owners will be installing DSTV late January.
There is a built outside braai so you can use wood or charcoal to braai.
The house has a double lock up garage. There is a full time housekeeper. A compulsory tip of R70 per day needs to be paid directly to the housekeeper on the day that you depart, this includes your arrival and departure date. You can pay her in Rands.
