Marlin Lodge offers idyllic tranquillity to quench your most leisurely desires. Constructed on elevated wooden stilts, the Marlin Lodge overlooks the tranquil FlamingoBay. Strolling along this bay, each of the nineteen sea view suites offers a secluded terrace and wooden walkway to silken white shores.
The airy accommodation has its own personal style, resonating with Afro-chic sophistication and refined furnishings. Earthy creams and oceanic blues are in harmony with the island's atmosphere, and the softly lapping waves and palm-hushed winds guarantee a restful night's sleep to soothe and renew.
The cuisine is characteristic of seafood-plentiful Mozambique, infused with the Asian and Portuguese influence of its past. You can dine in the dining room, on the beach under the stars, or in private on your terrace.

Luxury Beach Chalets - These Chalets, were introduced July 2006. We offer 14 of these unique Chalets in Total. The Marlin Lodge Beach chalets, also before known as the Private Luxury chalets, are set just above the beach, sea facing, and only a few steps from the white sands of flamingo bay beach. Each of the Luxury beach chalets is 60sqm on the inside and 17sqm veranda. The verandah is also a perfect location for a private dinner for two. The inside of the chalets is constructed with sophisticated designed finishes, including slated flooring, plastered surfaces and soft lighting.
En-Suite bathroom, Shower, roof fan, air-conditioning, four-poster bed with mosquito netting, his and her basins, vanity area, inside & outside showers, open plan bathroom ( including shower facility), private lounge, private veranda with deck chairs, mini bar, 2 seating lounges, private walkway to the beach.
A maximum of 2 guests per Private Luxury Chalet.
Executive Beach Suite - The Executive Beach suite's sheer size is what makes them so breathtaking. Boasting with 80sqm floor space, and a veranda of 30sqm, this room is the perfect haven for the discerning traveler. Similar to the Luxury Beach Suites, the inside is constructed with more sophisticated finishes such as slated flooring, plastered surfaces and soft lighting. Total of three Suites available.
En-Suite bathroom, double basins , separate vanity area, shower, air-conditioning, king size four-poster bed with mosquito netting, open plan bathroom ( including shower), mini bar, coffee & tea making facilities, 2 seating lounges, private outside shower, private veranda with deck chairs & hammock, private walkway to the beach. Area Attractions
Activities at Marlin Lodge Marlin Lodge has a fully equipped Dive center and a PADI dive instructor, so guests can enjoy fantastic diving and snorkeling on their Mozambique vacation.
Other activities at Marlin Lodge include day trips to neighboring islands, yacht cruises and private picnics on the Southern and Northern points of Benguerra Island. There are also a number of complementary non-motorized water sports available at Marlin Lodge.
